Nurturing Little Hearts: The Power of Gratitude Journals in Kindergarten
I’ve been keeping a gratitude journal for years, and I can honestly say it’s one of my favorite parts of the day. Taking a few moments to reflect on the little things I’m thankful for has been a game-changer for starting the day of in a positive way. Naturally, I wanted to share this habit with my kids, hoping they’d experience the same mindfulness benefits. I found most journals out there to be too open-ended and challenging for young kids, so I decided to create my own! I made two versions of this guided gratitude journal (pre-writing and writing) with age-appropriate prompts and I have found them to be just right for young kids. Check them out here and start your practice today!
